The story of Mephibosheth is a great story of the gospel. Once a child of the king, now an enemy of the king, deserving of death. But then, through Jesus, He initiates, he chases after us. And instead of wrath or judgement, he offers kindness. David shows this same kindness to Mephibosheth because Jesus showed him the same. Who or what is you "mephibosheth" today?
