Philemon- Forgiveness week 4

This week Chase wraps up our series in Philemon about forgiveness. In this last week, Chase discusses what happens when in the small percentage of situations, reconciliation does not work out. What do we do when this happens?

There are a ton of reasons that we should forgive, but that doesn't change the fact that one of the main reasons we don't is just because we don't understand what the process of forgiveness actually is. Philemon 1:18-19"If he has wronged you at all, or owes you anything, charge that to my account. I, Paul, write this with my own hand: I will repay it - to say nothing of your owing me even your own self."

Because being straight doesn't send you to heaven. ""All of us, like the christians Paul was writing to, have blown it in every area of our lives, including sex. But that doesn't mean we are beyond the reach of both Gods grace and forgiveness, but also his transforming power."
